Studio Policies

• Sign up for either 5 or 10 lessons.
• Book 10 lessons and receive 1 free lesson!
• Lessons are NOT available on school holidays and public holidays.
• Upfront fees are to be paid in advance.
• Invoices will be sent one week prior to the next payment period.

Cancellations:

Please make every effort to give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend a lesson. Fees will not be charged if the cancellation is due to sickness, emergency or extraordinary circumstances.

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full lesson fee.

Lesson Fees (2026)

• First trial lesson (30mins): FREE
• 30 mins: $42
• 45 mins: $63
• 1 hour: $84

Accompaniment

• Level 1 performance exams (Preliminary to Grade 4) – $80
• Level 2 performance exams (Grade 5 – 8 & Certificate) – $95
• Level 3 performance exams (Diploma Exams) – $130+ Fees to be negotiated.
• Exam rehearsals – $95/hr
• Competitions/Eistefodds – $80+travel cost

(Fees are subject to annual review according to the guidelines of QMTA)

Scores and resources

Students/parents are responsible for purchasing music scores and other resources such as notebooks/manuscript. The music will be selected in consultation with the tutor.

Privacy

Sparkle Music Studio will not share any personally identifiable information with third parties. The information will be kept private and confidential.
